St Julians Club in Sevenoaks, Kent is a private members club with a distinctive feel. St Julians Club is situated on the slope of the Greensand ridge in northwest Kent, surrounded by beautiful woodlands. The view from the house is of the Kentish Weald and stretches beyond Hadlow as far as Pembury and Ashdown forest.

Wrnwrn and Johannes hired me as their wedding photographer back in the summer to come and shoot their wedding at St Julians. It was quite possibly the hottest day of the year! I have to admit, I am a little bit in love with their greenhouse/dining room. It has a tree growing inside it from the outside. What this gives you is a beautiful canopy of greens and purples as you eat your dinner.

The ceremony combined both eastern and western traditions. There was a tea ceremony after the wedding, and in the evening, some of Johannes family sang a traditional German wedding song for the bride and groom.
